Bella Vita staff were very responsive and attentive. Steven came over Friday night to replace a beeping smoke detector battery, and took time to show us hot tub and pool tricks (the cool pool lights, etc). Always a pleasure to work with Kevin! Communications about check in and out were timely and helpful.

This was the perfect house for our fall mom's getaway weekend. We loved the hot tub and it was just warm enough outside to still use the pool. The house was very comfortable and spacious. It was fun to walk and explore the neighborhood and downtown of Douglas for a change of pace!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alexs Pool Houseespecially our seven year old grandson, Alex, who loved the fact that there was an Alex hat on the shelf in the kitchen! The kids had a great time in the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. We walked to downtown Douglas to shop and stop for coffee and wine! Will definitely book a stay here again in the future. Thank you for making our first VRBO experience a pleasant one.

My friends and I rented this house for a labor day weekend getaway from Chicago. The house is big and welcoming, with plenty of spaces to spread out or gather. Very clean with new furniture! Outside, the pool is comfortably heated with depths good for both kids and adults. The hot tub was a nice bonus. There's even a grill and patio furniture for a backyard BBQ. Downtown Douglas and Saugatuck is just a short walk away. We will definitely be staying here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Alexs Pool House! The kids loved the pool and spent hours swimming. We had a young child with us, and the alarm on the pool door gave us piece of mind. The location is great- walking distance to downtown Douglas and about a mile from downtown Saugatuck. We are already talking about booking again next summer!
