The most amazing home Ive ever rented.

The staff was very helpful. This was our third year staying at the Landing.

The Landing is very comfortable and was very clean when we arrived.

Every Member I talked to was super friendly & answered any questions I had & even called when the place was ready for check in- which I loved

Would highly recommend booking through Bella Vita, they were super accommodating. The unit we stayed in was in the heart of Saugatuck. We didnt use our car once. It was so nice to walk to all the shops & restaurants & even along the River! The property exceeded our expectations! Would def stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mason Street Loft. The location can't be beat. Communication was great, it was very easy to access and the place was clean. Thank you!

They were very flexible and quick to respond as my girlfriend has a tree nut allergy and they were able to switch out our gift basket snacks appropriately upon arrival.

Very nice and clean place, close to everything the area has to offer, perfect size for a quick get-a-way.

Every question was answered promptly. We had no concerns while there so no inter action was needed.

Very, very relaxing and clean. A booklet with any information you might need is on the kitchen island to answer your most common questions. Strong wifi for anyone that needs it. Check in was easy, as was check out. I was even notified that I could get into the cabin before check in time, which was very nice.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! The setting is beautiful. It is private, wooded, and beautiful. The home is gorgeous, high end furnishings and very comfortable. The only detriment that we experienced was the stairs. There is only one bedroom on the main floor. The other 3 bedrooms can only be reached by steep, narrow treaded stairs. So if you have physical limitations, or are elderly - this may not be the property for you. But overall, this property is amazing!

The group was very easy to contact. They were extremely friendly & helpful & they made our stay hassle free and very enjoyable!

The Woodbrook property wasnt inexpensive but fit all of our wants and needs! I found the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to have for several large family meals as well as a birthday party! 3 families and we all had our own spaces!

They responded quickly to text messages

We had a lot of fun at the house. The decks are big with a nice view and there is plenty of room for a large family

We had several issues (hot water and a blown fuse) and the maintenance man was wonderful and very responsive. The team was also responsive to my emails prior to arrival.

It was the perfect place for a Michigan vacation.

The owners of the unit are on site and available if you need anything. Most of the information that you need is described in the unit but just in case there are any issues, they are there to help.

Wonderful 4 night stay. This is my favorite property in Saugatuck and I have been coming to Saugatuck for short getaways for over 25 years! Highly recommended!

We could not figure out how to turn the living room lights on and within 5 minutes of sending a message I got a call and was talked through the process immediately.

This house is absolutely darling! The "Cozy Hideaway" is the perfect name for this place. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The layout was perfect for us to enjoy each others company but then had the privacy of our own rooms if needed. We enjoyed our stay so much we joked about all going in together to purchase the home if it was ever for sale! We were able to walk downtown within 10 minutes and still feel like we had a private location. It was the perfect place for our 'Moms On Vacation" trip! Thank you!

Very friendly, responsive and helpful

My sisters and I loved the house and beautiful yard as well as the nearness to shops and restaurants. Would definitely to stay here again.

I made one phone call for a combo to the front entry door and it was handled politely and promptly.

Our short weekend stay was a perfect get away and the house was as advertised.

I didnt have any direct contact with staff. They provided text messages with all of their information in case anything came up that we needed help with.

We had an excellent time! The condo was in the perfect location. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated. Loved the large deck with view of the bay.
