This street-level suite offers a bright, open-concept design with a sleek white backdrop accented by rich browns and blacks. As you enter through your private entrance, large picture windows immediately welcome you with beautiful sunrise views and abundant natural light that fills the living space. The plush sofa invites you to relax while browsing with complimentary WiFi or enjoying the flat-screen television featuring over 200 satellite channels, including premium movie selections.
The custom kitchen is thoughtfully designed with granite countertops and all the comforts of home. You’ll find a microwave, ceramic cooktop stove with electric oven, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, modern dining space, and all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare anything from a light snack to a complete dinner.
Just off the living area is a beautifully coordinated bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower. Hidden behind a closet door is a full-sized washer and dryer along with laundry supplies for your convenience. Plush towels and a professional blow dryer are also provided.
The private bedroom is truly the crown jewel of the condo. Large windows overlook the river with scenic views of Mount Baldhead as your backdrop, creating a setting that may tempt you to linger in bed a little longer. The plush queen-sized bed is dressed in ultra-soft linens and multiple pillow options to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A flat-screen television, full closet stocked with extra bedding, iron and ironing board, and an alarm clock complete the space.
Additional comforts include heated floors throughout the unit, a personal air-conditioning system, and a private waterfront patio furnished with a bistro table and chairs—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
This unit is intended for two guests only and is not suitable for large gatherings or parties, including bachelor or bachelorette celebrations, weddings, or birthdays. No pets are allowed, and the condo is non-smoking. Street parking is available.

Beautiful bright and clean unit! Deck was fantastic- watching the boats come and go with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail was a wonderful way to start or end a day. Walking distance to everything downtown has to offer good not be beat. Cant wait to come back!

We had such a wonderful relaxing vacation! We could not have asked for better accommodations! The location was perfect and the condo was beautiful, very clean and had everything we could need! We could walk to all the restaurants and shops and really enjoyed sitting on the back patio of the condo watching the boats go by! We can't wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed at the condo for a summer weekend, and though, we've been to Saugatuck many times before, it was our 1st time staying on the waterfront. The condo was perfect - clean, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect - an easy quick walk to town, but far enough away that it was quiet. It rained a bit while we were there, or we would have enjoyed sitting on the patio more. It's next door to the retro boat rentals, and that is also something I would recommend doing. All in all, it was a great stay and I would recommend the Lower Landings Condo, and I would love to stay there again sometime.
