Peaceful, serene and tranquil is the best way to describe this truly unique vacation home. Nestled just outside of the heart of downtown Saugatuck this three bedroom home features a quiet setting overlooking a natural preserve while still being just a short walk into town to enjoy the many restaurants, galleries, shops & parks. On the main level you’ll find an open concept kitchen/dining/living area that features an outstanding chef’s kitchen as well as one bedroom with queen bed and one full bathroom. The second story of the home offers another guest bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom with claw foot soaker tub (no shower) and at the end of the hall you’ll find a large master suite with queen bed and en suite bathroom. While the interior layout & design of this home is one-of-a-kind, the exterior space is not to be forgotten either! Just off the kitchen is an expansive screened-in porch complete with comfortable living furniture and a dining table for six. The large yard offers views of the preserve along with a fire pit to gather around in the evenings. The Elizabeth Street Preserve is the perfect place to make long lasting vacation memories!
